I couldn't get over the height of the plants I saw yesterday. They could easily have reached about 20' - they were colossal, all mixed in with the trees along the riverbank. Ragwort is rampant these days where once it was religiously cleared because of the danger to livestock; streams spread the seeds and runners of Himalayan Balsam and Japanese Knotweed; there is so much misleading information (or complete lack of information)that gardeners are cutting these species down - then recycling it to spread even further via the council garden waste bins.Ramblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00914227535503925006noreply@blogger.com
