The dogs and I set off on a walk this morning, only to be quickly driven home by horizontal sleet, again! By early afternoon, the skies cleared, the sun came out and as I couldn't see the next bulk of grey sky moving in from the west, we set off again. This time we drove to Gosford where I can be quite certain I will find peace, tranquility - even with wind whistling through the treetops - and a place that always replenishes the soul.
Snowdrops are everywhere and, unashamedly, I can't stop taking photos of them because they are so lovely, and their stay is brief but incredibly joyous. I can't get enough of them.
