Before we get buffeted by the next dollop of high winds and rain, Tilly and I just had an amble around our favourite field. I feel a bit stifled by spending so much time indoors, courtesy of my wrist as well as the uninviting weather, so it was really good to be out this morning.
The Howden Burn is now really full of water, and I am delighted. It's great to see it running, and to hear its happy gurgle.
